Hello grounded I don't know your method of evaluating a company but I make a point of going to sedar and reading every news release that is available and see what has come from them. History is a good teacher and shows if management can achieve. Back then there was not much history with PYNG so we trusted and got burned. Nothing has been demonstrated to suggest this attitude towards shareholders has changed. Understand this Mikey sees shareholders as an irritant yes all shareholders who wrongfully own a piece of something that should be all his. Even though he could not finance this project on his own he doesn't care where the money came from he believes everything was done on his own. When Judy and David started to show their true worth he got rid of them because he felt threatened. I have posted before when he leaves (for real) PYNG will see a 50% pop in share price.
