Tom doesn't seem to understand that in a global village, the red flags will probably be needed at the end of the Earth. A virus born in some poor village in Nepal can be as fatal to an American as one made in Peoria.

Viruses like to travel on 747s and they even sneak into first class without paying the high prices, unlike we economy class passengers.
