I haven't been on this thread in a while and just posted to any bush supporter. I can't believe that anyone can defend this disaster of a president/presidency at this point, on any terms, and that is what my post was about. I was not responding to any specific point, just that Bush is the worst president we have had in at least 30 years and probably ever so to argue over minutia like whether or not Gitmo , and the associated Bush-sponsored dismissal of the Geneva treaties, are right or wrong is somewhat immaterial.
