I've had to unban Moose because he was used part of the cyrillic alphabet on another thread. It may have been accidental but I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt.

It feels like I should ban you for too convoluted a sentence, but I don't want to be overly hasty at applying (what I can hope are) standards not unnecessarily arbitrary or inadvertently prejudicial to due process and to honest and sincere consideration of all the facts and factors (as they relate, of course, to circumstances)--whether said circumstances should by happenstance (or even by intention) peripherally touch upon the pith and substance of anthing which may have any material relevance to the justice of such an action to be taken--or whether they be merely tangential to the matter. Having said that, I will suspend judgment for the time being.
