You would have to consider the shape on an animal by animal basis. Salmon? I never thought a salmon looked scarier than a dolphin, but then I only see them on ice in the store.


Thanks for your explanation on the dolphins and the wolves. It made sense.

As for the salmon, I think what we are shown up here in the PNW are pics of wild salmon. They are the ugliest, meanest looking fish you have ever seen. The pictures in the link don't do them justice...........you need to see them up close.......look particularly at the Chinook, the Coho and the Sockeye...you can just barely make out the teeth:
