I recall that Jason G. of the sentimentrader a long time ago came to the conclusion that Q's - and options on Q's - are an institutional playground, and, as I recall, he felt they had no predictive consistency either in a direct or a contrarian way. I am saying this not as an argument this way or another, but just on a FWIW basis... if he was right, maybe it's better not to put too much trust in them.
