It's on the state's website. Rightwingers: 1. Say that Blanco didn't declare a state of emergency. She did, on the 26th. 2. Say that Blanco didn't declare a federal state of emergency. She couldn't, she doesn't run the federal state. 3. Say that Blanco was slow on getting the feds in. Apparently Bush wouldn't send in troops unless he could run the national guard. Why? Who the heck knows. 4. Say that FEMA is getting a raw media deal. FEMA f***** in Florida, the country is getting a raw deal from FEMA...still. 5. Say that Nagin didn't use those 1000's of school buses now sitting in water. Nagin used the metro buses. 6. Say that NO didn't prepare for evacuees. The humongoid state of Texas could barely deal with what it received, how would a city have enough space anywhere to house all of its residents? How? 7. Blame Blanco (dem) and Nagin (sorta dem, sorta repub) whenever anyone brings up FEMA, Bush, Cheney, Condie, Rumsfeld, Cherthoff, Homeland Security, racism, incompetence, bigotry, etc. The Rove media spin doesn't require that Republicans ARE CORRECT, the Rove media spin simply goes after the messenger. It's nice isn't it to be part of the Rove spin? You can f**** all you want and you simply turn around and blame someone else. You don't even have to bother justifying your own actions. Peachy.
