But of course, if the Company is looking to go out of business, and want to look for external factors to blame, then the subject of this discussion may be a Handy factor to use to try to deflect the wrath of the shareholders away from Company management.

Already, the "LONG cult" with few exceptions, are blaming him for this and that. Or urging other members to ignore him.

The Company may well be looking to go out of business, as soon as certain statutes of limitations expire. They have insufficient revenue and lack of funding otherwise, plus a product that may not sell.

The filings of the Company is filled with elaborate and painful disclaimers, which is also an indication of the management expecting to close down shop, and wishing to establish excuses beforehand.

No investor in the Company that reads the disclaimers, and looks deeply at the finances, can say that they have not been warned. Stated Company "expectations" notwithstanding.
