Perhaps no jobs? Time to cash in chips as more and more boomer are turning 59 1/2? Move to sunbelt or large coastal markets for perceived better opportunities?

But is this pattern across the board now? Didn't look like places such as Milwaukee looked depressed at least to me. Meanwhile northern Ohio seemed to be pretty depressed.
