kudos to all then it was a great plan practical, common sense plan carried out swiftly and will give these lost souls a home, shelter, to build their lives from - please tell the apartment complex owner, I think he [or she] is an outstanding person! yesterday we went to the post office to get change of address cards, naturally Dad and the hurricane was front and center the postal clerk told me their story - a postman who lost everything in NO had a sister in law up in our town - she contacted our local post office and they gave him a position immediately - he is now working there and I met him the postal clerk broke down as my father and this man shook hands and hugged - two hurricane survivors in our tiny town the whole line [isn't there always a line] also got teary eyed as they embraced so many people have been kind, are moved by this diaster, have helped
