Just as you didn't understand how disaster relief works and that FEMA are the First Responders and not the city and the state

You really know WTF you're talking about.

Please, don't bother me anymore.

On the contrary, its you who doesn't know WTF you're saying. You don't have the first clue on how disaster relief works. You have never even been in a disaster before, and yet you think you are the authority on the subject. Well, just like with the Iraqi war, you don't have a clue.

When it becomes apparent you are looking the fool, you will vacate the thread once again like you have in the past. Your MO is very transparent. That's why I put together the facts on a particular subject, present them to you and then move on.

O wise one, I want you to watch closely how the Mandatory Evacuation of the Keys, ordered by J. Bush, is going. I want you to see how many people who are not evacuating as ordered. And I want you to notice how the cops and mayor are saying there is nothing they can do about the people who stay behind. You might learn something about Mandatory Evacuations.

And when your fearless leader heard about Rita. He said: "Yes, its very dangerous for NO. I've been told that if it rains a lot, the levees might breach again." This is the marginal human being for whom you voted twice. What does that say about you?
