Just as you didn't understand how disaster relief works and that FEMA are the First Responders and not the city and the state You really know WTF you're talking about. Please, don't bother me anymore. On the contrary, its you who doesn't know WTF you're saying. You don't have the first clue on how disaster relief works. You have never even been in a disaster before, and yet you think you are the authority on the subject. Well, just like with the Iraqi war, you don't have a clue. When it becomes apparent you are looking the fool, you will vacate the thread once again like you have in the past. Your MO is very transparent.
