Maybe you should check on the current state of economy and GNP growth?
Or check on a couple of the new European states like Estonia with a flat 15% tax if my memory serves me right.


Ireland and Estonia are not fighting a hugely expensive discretionary war, nor do they have 1,000,000 displaced people, and a destroyed city to fix.

The tax cuts Bush proposes are new tax cuts, for God's sakes. Don't ever accuse me of being liberal, you are the ultimate liberal... spend spend spend... cut taxes and take on debt. Money isn't money, if it's government money. Pass it on to each next generation... it's criminal.

If you personally were living way above your means, and decided to spend a lot more, and then had a hugely expensive family tragedy, would you then be figuring ways to work a little less and make a little less money?

Common sense little man (and physical stature has nothing to do with little).
