Yes I wonder why Cramer hops on the bandwagon just right now, but it might have to do with some general upswing as evidenced by the move in Uniphase; which was mentioned several times this year, alone the JSDU stock never really moved.

If it takes $2 then of course a lot of TA driven folks would jump in and look out for the next levels, $2.5 and $4.

My idea is that it is fading back from where it can be bought again.

I wonder how well it is doing from a company perspective and whether some repair work on the cnxt balance sheet is soon due, with no money coming in from the ordinary business.
Some of the convertible debt falls due in May 2006 which can not be converted and conexant can not repeat the process of selling and leasing back their facilities indefinitely. (roughly 200MM fall due in 2006, 515 in 2007).
