Say that again. I now buy color printers cheaper then ink cartridges. And get a load of glossy paper sheets as an extra.
Also, had an accident with my car. Refurbishing costs are almost the premium I would have to pay to trade the old car for the last model. Waiting for the dealership to assess how many sales they would have to make to get their extra discounts.
That is new economy: managers are paid on the extra sales they can get, not on capturing customers to sell them refills or maintenance.
30 Yrs ago, IBM made her money selling punch cards, not the hardware. Time changes.
An awful waste of resources IMHO.
