We have so many cities and facilities in that part of the country that are very vulnerable. lol, Don't get your hopes up. You'll be lucky if Rita even hits Texas... So when are you going to build some more oil refineries in California or Washington? Not in my backyard right? Don't get so pushy............the north is paying for your hurricanes. I mean who puts casinos over water in hurricane alley just to meet the perverse needs of some bible thumpers........or who builds a major port below sea level? Did you all think God would protect you? That he finds you special? If so, think again.
