If they used the income to buy things like roads, railways, airports, sewerage systems, water supplies, cyberphone systems, hospitals, DNA research, flood control, then they'd be more likely to get Made in Iran than if they take coals to Newcastle. They want bombs. It's that simple. No, it's not the same intelligence. They are part way through building the equipment necessary to produce bombs by their own admission and international inspections. Their intentions towards Israel and Jews are also on public record. No "intelligence" required. MAD doesn't work if one is Islamic Jihad and a suicide bomber. As you might have noticed, they are happy to die in the conflagration to get the bunch of virgins.
