I agree, except for a very small part of New Orleans on the highest ground, rebuilding most of the city in its current location would be an act of insanity.

How deep does a recession need to be before we call it a depression? Inflation comes from printing money, since the FED's cost of actual printing is mostly electronic now.....so it costs what? Practically nothing! What does it cost you? What happens when the FED says they are no longer accommodative?
