Got rid of a stale and old program and more importantly the spend associated with it. Yet retained profit sharing in the US. Seems like a great move. Now they have the money to fund viprinex without issuing new shares.

Hi Zita

FWIW

(*please* feel free to comment/disagree/etc)

After the $33 million - I stopped reading ....

If there are no gotchas/waitfors/exceptions
then the $33 million will take us home ....
i.e.
no future dilution
enuf to fully fund ancrod/ Viprinex(TM)

the issue remains - (in my mind)
can an efficacy HURDLE be reached such that
doctors will want to use Viprinex(TM)

from a bad memory -

per the last P3 USA, trial efficacy
was something like this:

placebo 33% VS Viprinex 43%

I'm not certain anyone really got excited over the above
but being an avg joe investor I cannot wrap around
it any kind of yardstick or experienced based measurement
on the above ...

I sense that given the current trial we geared towards
both hiking efficacy and reducing the risk of death
by

a - 1 shot for certain time duration
b - patients blood presurre has to be in a certain range
or cannot use drug

so - its hurry up and wait - and YES - there's Forest
in the background with their drug .....

Memantine -

still waiting for last years privately run Lupus (dementia)
trial to be announced ....

and

the blurb from Germany about Memantine shutting down
binge eating (not sure for how long) - that would
be nice to find out it is for real

regards,
John
