To the extent that I can understand these statements, I think that they are untrue.

That sounds about right. The doom and gloom depression crowd almost as irrational as the bubblehead crowd these days. At least the bubbleheads get to have fun before getting whacked.<g>

Many I know are in far better shape than ever these days. So the cleansing will be painful for many, some of whom deserve it. Life goes on and creates new situations and opportunities. Eagerly awaiting a RE crash in Florida<g>
