Adolf noticed what was going on with the USA taking the best and brightest. Adolf killed Jews. The USA took them in. The Jews then built the atomic bomb and defeated Japan, and would have defeated Adolf if the USSR hadn't already done it. Adolf was interested in eugenics and that process continues to this day. There is a like with like crystallisation process underway in the human realm, with capital and DNA flowing to the successful places where they are enhanced rather than confiscated and killed. The world is dividing up as people and capital move. Of course places can change, as China has done, from Mao's maelstrom where DNA and capital were destroyed en masse, to Deng's black and white cat with a thousand flowers blooming albeit still with intense repression of anyone who puts a foot wrong or offends the megalomaniacs. Japan went from a destroyed militaristic megalomania to a capitalist super-nation. It's hard to imagine Robert Mugabe making a change, but maybe somebody will replace him and Zimbabwe will become a Libertarian paradise, with people and capital flooding in from around the world. I'm not betting on it. My capital goes to somewhere where I am loved and so is it. Okay, maybe "love" is a bit strong as nowhere is very good with respect to capital and Libertarian life, but some places are a lot better than others. Mqurice
