Still melting down ... unreal. Took quite a bit off my position which was sizable in case they get it going again with the update in a few days.

TOL= an INCREDIBLE short

Every day, it goes down. The only question is whether it is going to go down only 2% or 3.5%. Today was a blockbuster- down over 6%!!!

TOl and some other homebuilders remind me of Nasdaq stocks in 2000. Down every day and some people were calling it just a correction, but it is obvious something has changed, since stocks don't go down every day in a correction. There is no way housing is ok, imho.
