Been holding QCOM since the glory days. I have done much better with the oil stocks in the past two years. thinking about stepping up to the plate for more QCOM again. Visibility for WCMDA is looking very good. Quite excited to see a two tier cdma/wcdma market so that there is real market innovation.

I think there is way too much complacency when it comes to the supply picture on oil. There is not enough to go around to the billions of new Chinese and Indian consumers. The energy-density is much lower than tele-density in all of these third world economies. The new demand for oil and energy by these countries will stretch the supply situation for 10 years. These energy stocks look like Cisco back in 1990. We'll see how it goes.
