"BTW Abramoff is a good bud of Tom Delay."

And ex head of FEMA and is busily locking up contracts in the wake of Katrina for his various clients. Oh yeah, he is implicated in several schemes for fleecing Indian run casinos. Allegedly, he would work with various state legislators to get the casinos shut down and then offer to represent the tribes and lobby to get the casinos opened again...

It amazes me how fearless these buttholes are. Even as they are under investigation, they are proceeding with non competitive bidding as if its permitted in the regulations. Apparently, they are really counting on Congress to protect them. Let's hope, like with most criminals, they are overreaching and are impervious to the consequences.
