"Based on the information received by the agent, the payment from the merger is anticipated to be delivered on 9-20-05. Once Ameritrade receives the payment, your account will be updated."

So I would expect it to hit the broker today and be in my account in a day or so...

Don't panic Extra Pale if they say that the shares will be credited when received - the answer I got before I reminded them I had taken cash, to which they responded, "Oh, that's right!" Real scary moment for me.
