TOL down another .5% ah, and today was on incredible volume.

These homebuilders are a goldmine for shorts now. Its the nas 2000 all over again.

The next bubble forming is in oil maybe?

But I think playing the longside of tech is more my game. I like buying tech long now, I am making money. Valuations are good, from my pov anyway.
