re: I guess I better fill up. This could shut down a lot of refinery capacity. If they are closing the refineries, then everyone in the west should fill up. I found out (to my surprise) that the Louisiana refineries supplied most of the east coast and all the way to Chicago. I would be very surprised if the Texas refineries didn't supply California.
