And your proposal is to say "dump the nuke program or war"? Not even Bush is that dumb. That locks you into a corner.

I think even Bush understands we can't afford a war in Iraq, Afghanistan AND North Korea. Or maybe we could just forget New Orleans? That would save a few bucks... and we could afford another Korean war. Another 10K kids is a small price to pay for Samsung.
