Why do you answer a question with a question?

Frankly, I've never heard Korean unification articulated as a US goal, and haven't thought that much about it. Off the top of my head, getting there seems very problematic, and probably couldn't be accomplished without a major war. And I'm not sure "the goal" is in the best interest of the US. Both North and South seem to hate us.

Again, whose goal is that?
