Re: Maybe Cheney's spirit?! As for him, I doubt that he'll live four more years, certainly not actively? His circulation is a complete mess.
.....

Maybe Joe Lieberman is the man for the job? His heart is certainly in the right place for it.

You missed the point --it's not a health issue. If President Bush is assassinated by some Iranian Sirhan Sirhan or Air Force One falls into the ocean then the US Constitution provides for the Vice President to take over --period. And it's likely that Prez Cheney won't outstay it beyond 2008, that is, he won't run for a second term (as President).

US Jew nabbed for alleged PM threat
By JPOST.COM STAFF

An ultra-Orthodox American citizen was arrested Sunday night on suspicion of threatening to assassinate Prime Minister Ariel Sharon.

Police planned to expel him from Israel in what would mark the first time that Israel has sought deportation of a Jew for allegedly plotting to commit security violations.

The man, who has yet to be identified, was apprehended en route to the grave of Shimon Hatzadik in east Jerusalem.

The man reportedly had the stamps of several Arab countries in his passport, Israel Radio reported.

According to the radio, a Koran was found in his possession at the time of his arrest, in addition to photographs that showed him touring Muslim and Arab countries wearing a kaffiyeh.
