That reminds me of an episode of Missing that I just watched. In it one of the members of the FBI team had died in the line of duty. The following episode was about the funeral and the team's coping with her death. The script included a number of mentions of her death having been caused by her own mistakes and about the team members recognizing that it was sad but wasn't their fault. I couldn't help notice how different that theme was from typical fare. Nice change of pace, I thought.
