If you want to continue stating that Rumsfeld backed the abuses all along, and insist that this is a known truth (and it is simply not known to be true), then you will continue to be an active liar, by definition.

You need to know the ABCs of politics. Since your sphere of understanding is restricted to a narrow one to include calling someone a liar, let me state that Rumsfeld is a liar if what you understanding of the situation is.
