Lizzie,

I don't understand, who denies that prices fell after 2000? In fact, on the high end prices might have fallen by %50 if deals got closed. On the low-end prices might have stayed firm.

Prices also fell in '97-'98 during the Asian Contagion, but the dip was brief due to Easy Al pumping the economy back up.
