I am going to mantana- been scoping out properties in the 1.5-3.5M range, but I want streams and plenty of acres and an elevation of 5K+

btw, have you ever been to the rat hole otherwise known as "big spring tx" was stationed there in 74-75 we were training iranian pilots back then nfg, base long since closed- saw doobie brothers and blue oyster cult in midland back in da day- oh reo was there too-
