You truth twisting fool. One can't apologize unless one admits guilt, in this case the guilt of Rumsfeld. Kaprinski's story if true, does not show that Rumsfeld backed the abuses in Abu Ghraib. The list of techniques she described as approved by Rumsfeld, don't equal the acts committed. So it remains a lie to say Rumsfeld backed the abuses at Abu Ghraib, and unlikely indeed IMHO, even if assuming Kaprinski's story is an honest account (and it probably is, I'd think).
