I think more likely it is all part of an ED type wave with us now in the 5th wave of it:

I see 5 waves coming out of late 2001:

So we are at the beginning of 5 of 5 IMO.

Based on FA it would be hard to see the oil price fall strongly right here?

Any H&S top in XOI around here looks about as elusive as that continuing search for an H&S top in GOOG.....LOL
