Dean is a moron and "sheets" Byrd is an old man that needed to retire 10 years ago, and clinton just sat on the fringes bombing "radar sites"...no wonder you are dazed and confused. What difference does it make now where he got the WMD technology? Even you are acknowledging that he had it, and that he used it. You are also ignoring the fact that he defied his buddy Kofi(now we know why Kofi was not going to uphold the 17 UN resolutions against Iraq).
