I stopped posting at SI after MSFT topped out & people were averaging in all the way down, too depressing. I began daytrading wh just me & my computer, but that is a up hill struggle, too much work involved. I did post a few SI years MSFT thread & posted the 1st SELL rec by a analyst much to the wrath of the MSFT thread, along with bounce plays & shorts. -------------------------------------- Jan 13, 2000 werefrog "I sold MSFT earlier this week" http ://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=12559678 Friday, Jan 14, 2000 ""MSFT cut to "SELL" at Platinum Equities" http ://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=12570871 Jan 22, 2000 "I'm out of my long term position and probably won't take another Position Trade in MSFT until it breaks through the yearly high of 119 15/16. Until then I would consider any long term money in MSFT as Dead Money" http ://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=12648400 Thursday, Jan 27, 2000 "I sold mine at 116 and am using that money for swing and daytrading" "The safe play for the next run is when MSFT breaks out & goes through the yearly high" http ://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=12702693 Wednesday, Apr 4, 2001 "This is the MSFT thread, mostly bagholders who missed the sell, many even dollar cost averaging down and are now stuck like rats" http ://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=15611108
