People don't act 'rationally' in the sense that they take in factual information and make a logical decision about their self interest. People act emotionally based on partial facts, myth and self delusion.

If you can rebuild highways and cars to use high tech solutions to traffic jams, what about simply making it easier for people to have jobs closer to home? Eliminate the mess and fuss of traffic jams altogether.

What about 4, 10 hour workdays? What about videocommuting? What about smaller work groups? What about smaller corporations?

Frankly, since this administration simply hates individuals and loves corporations, all individuals and families and neighborhoods and organizations should become corporations. That way we'd all get lavish corporate welfare and, with tort 'reform', never take responsibility for anything we did.

We'd all just incorporate our lives in the Carribbean, never pay any taxes and become rich.
