So, we learn that Bush Sr., apparently to Erik Prince's dismay, is open to gays and clean air acts instead of Prince's conservative agenda, yet gives to Repugnicans anyway. It's legal to hire private security in America, by the by. If government does it, that's debatable IMHO, yet private firms do most everything better than incentiveless public operations, wherever in competition.

Hell, N.O. police, according to CNN tonight, are still looting homes themselves! Private firms would be out of a job without ever appearing in court, if even suspected of doing that.
