Have you heard Kinky Friedman"s idea to stop the flow across the border of Texas?

It is the "Five Mexican Generals" plan.

You get five Mexican Generals to be responsible for the sections of Texas/Mexico border, that no one crosses illegally. You put FIVE million bucks in each of their personal retirement accounts, and tell them that for every Mexican that crosses illegally, you are taking 100,000.00 out of the account.

I suspect that overnight the border problem would be cured.
