This stock has ALWAYS had vicious shakeouts - that's what makes it so hard to hold - that's also what you have to like it so much. I think SBSE's price action over the last days is a subtle hint that the big boys are moving in. Almost every great stock that has had a big move - has given me the hint by moving up in a down market. This is final accumulation, as the last ogf the weak owners exit, after being motivated by general market emotions. I believe SBSE is about 6-9 months away from firing on all cylinders: 1)Ahmanson knows this and again has retired Boeing is well on its way to a long term commercial plane building expansion - This makes Sbse's avionics have more than the sporadic defense contracts. 2)For the last two years Sbse's largest customer has been Ericsson - they've been building out G3 phone sysytems in europe and elsewhere - the America's is yet to begin until this year. This is a trend that will continue for years. 3)Applied Materials has been their second largest customer and they are seeing a slight order uptick - I believe 06 will surprise most as utilization rates support Caoacity Expansion for the first time since 2000 top.Chip counts are alrteady well above 2000 record and noe we have new better phones LCD TV's,Plasma tv's,DLP,Ipod Wireless everything, and new Microsoft software and Wi MAX being built into chips both due out in 06.In short the PC cycle is about to add onto the plethera of new products. 4)GE medical has had double digit growth for over a year, and Sbse does many components for GE imaging equipment. 5)We are just on the cusp of actually delivering those exceptionally large Homeland defense contracts that have been so slow to help volume. 5)Delta Design has not only seen increased orders for their ATC Summit testhandlers, but they say they are seeing Capacity Expansion in their older Summit design. This confirms that unit count has taken past the 2000 top in testing capacity, and as we get into 06 growth large capacity demand will occur. In all it adds up to a robust 06 if not sooner. If you are short get long If you are long get more. YYEEHHAAWWWWW !!!!!! Cmon buddy get aggressive ,those puny dividends won't get you retired!! Bob
