No, Bush screwed up by putting a political lackey in charge of FEMA, instead of a professional. Remember, the horse lawyer that was forced out? Brain dead management skills... you put your lackeys where they don't count, not in life and death positions.

Give me a link to where anyone on this thread has blamed Bush for either hurricane. Now the Iraq mess is another story, that "disaster" IS 100% Bush, and it's worse than a category 5.

Now Bush has screwed over Beaumont Texas.
He and DeLay confiscated the ambulances to cart around people who aren't even going to be hit by the hurricane.
