Valero has one in Port Arthur, TX - that might be hit hard. Port Arthur, Tex. 250,000 B/D

Their Texas City, Houston and Corpus Christi facilities will probably be OK (although the TC and Houston might be done for a short period to assess damage).

They have one facility in Port Arthur, 250,000 bpd capacity.
