Bush-Delay cut the levee funding by more than 80% last year to send the money and army engineers to Iraq. Why can't you deal with that fact? Let's end this stupid Iraq war and bring our men and resources home where we need them. Only a fool could fail to see Iraq is a lost cause anyway and was a collosal mistake to begin with. The pre-planning was so shallow and flawed we beat ourselves before we began. Sun Tzu says "most wars are won or lost before they happen" right? Well that's what piss poor planning does. Makes you lose, no matter how good your soldiers are. Same as in football.
