Your somewhat correct in the fact that I think there are a lot of scam stocks, otherwise if they wern't why is it that the only way they can get capitol is from the dumb public?

There is plenty of venture capitol out there that would love to keep good companies closely held.
One example is KKD where long before J6P had a clue the venture money wanted out thus the reason KKD went public in the first place.
