You know very well that there is no comparison between the regrettable deaths that result from a military action against an enemy and completely avoidable deaths of Americans, no matter how much koolaid they drank, caused by a deliberate policy against a group of American citizens.

I stated the children burned to death at Waco was the result of the direct action of federal employees. That is not claiming Clinton was responsible. But it does expose the moral retardation of attempting to lay blame on a current President for some issue of funding related to natural event protection where several Presidents past had many random funding priorities and did not address one of the trillions of issues of local safety.
