The false alarm. They had to dump the vaccines towards the end. When will the Bushies ever do anything right. Mission Accomplished declared when there was near zero accomplishment. Katrina passes us by and the Bushies wake up after the theft has occurred. Now they know what to do with Rita. Same with the flu vaccine. Raise an alarm at the start of the flu season. keep everybody away from taking the shots and then discover late in the season that had plenty left which they had to dump. He, He, he. Ringside seat.
