8955 and 8953 are really moving up... 8802, 8815, 8806 more sedate. hard to evaluate if you don't read Japanese :)

I saw the Daibiru annual report in English.

Back in Feb these guys were bearish on J-REITs already including JRF:

realestatejournal.com

I'm going to ask Citibank what they can come up with.
