To me this is really typical of the results of military conditioning I disagree. It isn't even close to being the typical result of military training. Also prisoner abuse is hardly something very specific to the military. Prisoner abuse is quite common all over the US, and most of the rest of the world. Prisoner abuse even occured in an experiment where students where randomly assigned to be either guards or prisoners. prisonexp.org apa.org
