We have known this all along on this thread, which is named appropriately.

Bush struggles to regain pre-hurricane swagger

excerpt
Talk in private of failures
Aides who never betrayed self-doubt now talk in private of failures selling the American people on the Iraq war, the president's Social Security plan and his response to Hurricane Katrina. A White House team that operated on its terms since 2000 is reaching to outside experts for answers like never before.

I didn't just say what is in the story. But I also voted for Kerry. So don't blame me.

Cheney lied many times, openly. He stated Saddam had active nuclear programs and active alliances with AL Qaida. Recently he kept lying, saying the insurgency was in its last throes. He can't stop lying to cover up the poriginal lie. He's also guilty of massive corruption for the no-bid Halliburton deals and all their outrageous out-charging and gouging.

Bush lied more carefully because he's heavily scripted, though he did come out and say that "we already found them" meaning the WMD's. That was a lie.
